  Introduction
The Table Bay is situated adjacent to the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront complex overlooking the Cape Town harbour. It is only 20 minutes by road from Cape Town International airport and 5 minutes from Cape Town city centre.

Accommodation
The Table Bay Hotel has a total of 329 rooms. The designer decorated rooms are welcoming and inviting, representing the epitome of luxury and supreme comfort. All rooms have spectacular views of both Table Mountain and the harbour or the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island.

The rooms all feature luxurious walk-in cupboards and marble finishes, armoires and writing desks and each is equipped with a butler station, colour satellite television, radio, en-suite bathrooms with separate showers, marble vanity units with hairdryer and Mediterranean-style bathrobes and slippers.

Telephones are provided in bathrooms, at bedsides and on each writing desk. Each has a voice-mail facility and a wake-up call facility. Biz-Comm centres are provided in all rooms, allowing users to phone, fax, e-mail, copy, print and store messages, on a private number, accessible only to the individual guest, ensuring confidentiality. The centre also has ports to allow connection of lap top computers.

Facilities & Services
Dining:
The Atlantic Grill restaurant is decorated in a Cape winelands theme with large murals and thick-pile carpets. This dignified restaurant overlooks Table Mountain and the inner harbour.
Serving a la carte dinners featuring an international menu, The Atlantic Grill has an astonishing 6000-bottle open-face cellar stocking some of the finest wines and Champagnes. There is also a cigar humidor with an extensive selection, stored under optimum conditions.

The Conservatory and Bar is a favoured gathering place for business people during the day and after work for cocktails and conversation, and the adjoining Conservatory is an informal restaurant serving delicious a la carte meals, coffees and salads all day.

The Lounge/Patio is slightly sunken, below the foyer, the refined atmosphere of this gracious room provides the perfect setting for the most civilised ritual of afternoon Grand Tea. Sink deep into the comfort of the sofas and savour the dainty delights on the tiered silver etages. Light lunches, cocktails and liqueurs are also served here.

The Pool Bar serves drinks, snacks and health foods on the decking around the pool which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is heated for year-round enjoyment.

Leisure:
Floor to ceiling glass encloses the boutique gym, which offers both cardio-vascular equipment and weights and is open from 06h00 to 21h00 daily.

The Spa is operated by health and skin care group Camelot International. There are 5 treatment rooms and two specialised rooms for Vichy Shower and Aromatherapy tub. The spa offers the latest technology and a focused range of treatments, including Ayurvedic treatments and Bali Spa rituals. Intensified 3 day detox and 7 day slimming packages are also available. Treatments are available from 08h00 to 21h00.
